From the beginning, we have been committed to a vision of creating a 'healthy' healthcare facility for the Fort Worth community. "Reflecting this vision for healthcare and short-term rehabilitation, we are realizing our dream of a LEED certified post-acute care facility. The Leadership in Environmental and Energy Design (LEED) certification ensures building projects control erosion, maintain water and energy efficiency, recycle materials and resources, and create a quality indoor environment.
This 136-bed, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility will blend high-tech and contemporary with a natural design. The facility will be over 62,000 sq. ft. with over 4,000 sq. ft. dedicated to a rehabilitation gym.
Within the facility, seventy of the semi-private and private beds will be dedicated to our Express Recovery™ program. Express Recovery™ offers a truly innovative concept in post-acute care, an enhanced level of service that bridges the gap from hospital to home.
Our Express Recovery™ units are designed to provide comprehensive inpatient care and treatment for those who have an acute illness, injury, or exacerbation of a disease process, and who have a prognosis of recovery to allow discharge to home or a lower level of care.
The Fort Worth Center of Rehabilitation will accept all payor sources including Medicare, managed care, private insurance, Medicaid, private pay, and hospice.
